khealywu: adamdorsey: This dog is staring into my soul. I’m pretty sure he’s the only one in the world who gets me—you know, really truly gets me—and he’s never even met me. Do dogs meet people? Sure they do. God, this dog just wants to listen to me, doesn’t he? He just wants me to pour out today’s troubles into a tiny bowl and let him lap it up. This is definitely the best dog in the world. Agreed. This dog is perfect. That color is the most beautiful thing ever. AND THOSE UNDERSTANDING EYES. But also this: I realized recently that dogs aren’t funny on purpose and they don’t have a sense of humor and that broke my heart. They won’t “get it” if I talk in a character voice to them…If someone can prove me wrong, please do.
